Role & Responsibilities:

As Junior Digital Transformation Consultant, you will grow through training on the job as well as participation in dedicated training programs. Our goal is to develop a well- rounded, specialist in Digital Transformation. This position is intended as a long-term engagement. This full-time position is remote with a location preference of Houston, Texas.

What You Will Do:

  • Work with experienced consultants to assess, design, and implement, best suitable solutions for our customers.
  • Support information gathering, business analysis and documentation of business requirements.
  • Document charters and high-level implementation plans.
  • Support solution implementations in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Assist project managers in monitoring, control and reporting tasks.
  • Be accessible and Assist team of experienced and knowledgeable consultants and business analysts.
  • Represent our company by showing high work ethic and dedication.


Requirements:

  • Experience in Business Process Analysis and Design.
  • Basic understanding of Data Management 
  • 1 to 3 years work experience in software implementation or operation roles
  • Understanding of enterprise software solutions: ERP, DMS, Project Management, CAD/CAM, Work Flow engines.  
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player, willing to learn and extent his/her horizon. Capable to work from different locations and keep focus and task oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure. Self-driven and organized with skills in prioritizing and time management.

22-04: Career as Business Applications Consultant

You are looking for a career as Business Applications Consultant.  Above all you are resourceful in: 

  • Data Management. For instance, data analysis, data modeling and data architecture skills.
  • Enterprise Resource Planning concepts and methods.
  • DB-query and report generating tools.
  • Business Process Analysis and Design.
  • In addition, support software implementations.

Similarly, requirements are:

  • Proven +5 years work experience as a Software Solutions Consultant
  • Knowledgeable in business processes. Above all, pertaining Make-to-Order manufacturing, Utility Companies, EPC organizations.
  • Familiar with several software solutions. For instance, ERP (NetSuite, IFS, ITS, AVEVA ERM, JD Edwards, SAP or similar), Document Management, Work Flow engines.
  • Minimum BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Production Engineering or related field.
  • Above all, very good communication skills.
  • Team player. Therefore, seamlessly integrate in our fresh and dynamic company.
  • Self-driven and organized with skills in prioritizing and time management.

22-02: Information Management Consultant Career

We’re looking for an Information Management Consultant. For this career you must be  experienced in 

  • Data & Document Handover procedures and tools
  • Engineering & Design applications – Preferably AVEVA, INTERGRAPH, BENTLEY. 
  • Data Management (data analysis, data modeling and data architecture). 
  • Document Management Systems configuration and administration.
  • Concepts of Digital Asset / Digital Twin 

Requirements:  

  • Specialized in Data Management and Document Control work process, project closeout and record retention management procedures.
  • Proven +8 years work experience in Project Information Management or similar role. 
  • Knowledgeable in processes pertaining Oil & Gas, EPC’s, Utility Companies.
  • Minimum BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • In addition, a team player. 
  • Ability to work under pressure. Self-driven and organized with skills in prioritizing and time management. Travel availability up to 30%
  • Capable to work from different locations and keep focus and task oriented. 

Responsibilities:   

  • Work with customers to define data and document requirements. 
  • Identify and categorize information sources. For instance, IT applications, data bases, document vaults and similar.
  • Check data and documents against requirements and for integrity.
  • Provide reports on data and document quality and issues.
  • Administrate the supporting software applications for data and document checking.
  • Support the definition of business processes and system requirements for project and asset information management.
  • Support the implementation of processes and tools for project and asset information management at customers’ site.
  • Be accessible to consult and offer continuous support to our customers. 
  • Above all, represent DiTRA well by showing excellent work ethics and dedication.

This role will work from customer’s site. Similarly, a home office is required. However, you will work closely with and under the guidance of our senior consultants. Therefore, it requires travel more than 50%.
